How long until I get my order?

Your campus ships by Purolator within 4-7 days within Canada.  Arrival times are dependent on item availability and ship-from location. Shipping delays may occur due to COVID. Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt shipping services.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

No, please provide your full address at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Check on your order status using the tracking number from your order status email. For easy checkout and tracking, create an account. Registered users can track orders within their eFollett Accounts:

1.  Go to My Account from eFollett.com or your bookstore site, and login to your account

2.  Click View your Order History

3.  Click your order number

Under Order Details, click on the Tracking number

Abandoned Orders

Orders are considered “Abandoned” if the order has not been picked up within 21 days of the order being placed, or the start of classes (whichever occurred most recently).  The campus store will make at least one attempt, via phone call or email, to contact the customer during this period of time to inquire about picking up the order.

Abandoned orders can be refunded by customer request:

  • If the request is within the first 21 days of class start, the refund will be made to the original form of tender. 
  • After this period, a gift card can be issued for the refund. 

Can you ship to an International P.O. Box?

Currently we are not able to send orders to International PO box address. Customers will be contacted by Customer Service regarding orders with International PO box addresses. Please use a street address for your "Ship To Address".

*Note: If you don’t choose either the Next Business Day or Second Business Day shipping options, your order may take substantially longer to arrive. We strongly urge you to choose one of these shipping options to ensure that your books arrive when you need them.

International Orders

If you choose to ship your order to an international destination, no shipping charges or taxes will be applied at the time of checkout. We will contact you with information about the appropriate shipping charges and applicable taxes. We will only process your order after you have approved the shipping charges/taxes. Please allow additional time to complete the order if you are having it shipped internationally.

Sanctioned Countries Shipping Policy

Orders involving sanctioned countries (based on shipping address, billing address and/or payment method) will be reviewed for compliance with US and international regulations.  Orders involving sanctioned countries may include course materials only.  Orders containing non-course material items (e.g., general merchandise, technology, etc.) will be cancelled.  You will be contacted by the store to replace your order without those items.
